Matt L has sniffed out some serious java in Huntington Station. Georgio’s, operated by a longtime roaster for Fairway, roasts and sells its own carefully selected beans and serves excellent coffee.
The owner is committed to his farmers and says he pays them a dollar a pound over fair trade rates, yet manages to charge just $8 a pound for most of his coffees, Matt reports. “Whether your biggest coffee concerns are how your coffee tastes, supporting local businesses, or where your coffee comes from,” he adds, “this is a great little place.”
