The British may not have made a name for themselves through food, but drinks are a different matter altogether. One of my favorite cocktails, the Bramble, is British, but recently it was a nonalcoholic libation that caught my eye. I came across Belvoir’s Elderflower Pressé at my local gourmet grocery, Falletti Foods, and was immediately addicted. The floral honeysuckle flavor of elderflower is lightened up with effervescence. And though it’s great as is, this pressé’s even tastier when spiked.
