Culinary stylist Tami Hardeman likes to test her fellow food bloggers. Last month, her Super Soup Challenge inspired 54 bloggers to post their favorite soup recipes along with photos of the prepared dishes. This month, she’s asking them to try their hand at terrines:

The only rule is that your terrine must be rectangular or loaf shaped. That will even the playing field and let the intricacies of the terrines shine through. You may make a sweet or savory terrine. Colors, multiple ingredients and layers are encouraged but not required!

Contestants don’t need to come up with original recipes—this contest is more about the food styling than culinary creativity. Hardeman herself is making Peach and Vanilla Panna Cotta
from Donna Hay’s Modern Classics Book 2: Cookies, Biscuits & Slices, Small Cakes, Cakes, Desserts, Hot Puddings, Pies & Tarts. If you’ve got a food blog and want to submit your favorite terrine, post your recipe and photo and report back to Hardeman by next Saturday, November 10.
