The always-excellent BeerAdvocate has a brief feature this month on six ways that bars can better respect beer. In a nutshell, the compact and eminently sensible piece suggests providing beer menus, offering samples, holding beer events, adding a local draft line, training the staff on beer, and using proper glassware.
