Saturdays at Eataly, Get the Pork Braciole Sandwich

If it's Saturday, think pork braciole sandwiches. That's the special of the day at Rosticceria, the roasted meat stand at the Italian food emporium Eataly. The sandwich is a half-pound of boneless pork rolled around a stuffing of sweet sausage, onion, fennel, and herbs, served on white bread with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt. Eataly tends to be a mob scene on Saturdays, iluvcookies says, "but if you can stand it, go."
