If it’s Saturday, think pork braciole sandwiches. That’s the special of the day at Rosticceria, the roasted meat stand at the Italian food emporium Eataly. The sandwich is a half-pound of boneless pork rolled around a stuffing of sweet sausage, onion, fennel, and herbs, served on white bread with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt. Eataly tends to be a mob scene on Saturdays, iluvcookies says, “but if you can stand it, go.”
