In the shadow of the 1 train up in Inwood, El Tina Fish Market brews what it calls a “power” soup, loaded with enough crab and fish to qualify as a stew, wewwew says. This Latin-Caribbean joint, whose dine-in counter adjoins its retail store, specializes in fried fish (wewwew finds it dry). But that soup, augmented with a side of plantains, makes for one very satisfying lunch.
