Testicles in LA
Anybody know of restaurants in LA that serve Testicles. I've had them at Canary in Westwood but looking for other places.

You should look at various hot-pot joints, as I've seen Deep End Dining talk about bull testicle at Szechwan place in China. Obviously, things change on this side of the Pacific, but I still think that's your best bet.
I went to Denver looking for real prairie oysters (and not just breaded tenders) and couldn't find them.

You can pick them up at a Vallarta market they are great skewered and grilled. That's the way I usually have them. I would like to try it some other ways though.

I think Sauce is on to something... Deep End Dining with Eddie Lin is a great resource for the more adventurous eater - an eater's version of extreme sports.
Trojans skewering and devouring testicles... something not quite right about that...

Just checked Eddie's blogsite and sure enough - zesty "Lamb Fries," or Beyd Ghanam, or Lebanese-style lamb's testicles at Alcazar in Encino. Go to Eddie's blogsite, build up your constitution, and scroll down... The Sauce knows... and Eddie always delivers...

Sauce Supreme, never mind Denver, you need to go to my native state of Oklahoma--you can find calf fries, lamb fries, and even turkey fries. See eg http://www.chowhound.com/topics/138585 and http://www.hammetthouse.com/menu.htm#fries
But to keep this on topic for LA - - - at El Nido, a very good Nicaraguan place on La Brea just north of the I-10, there is an item on the menu called "sopa de sesos con creadilla de toro." On the menu this is translated as "Nicaraguan bulls eggs soup"; a nice euphemism. Googling confirms that "creadilla" indeed refers to a bull's testicle. So this soup might contain BOTH testicles AND brains (which sounds like the punchline to some old joke about what men think with). I confess that I have not had the nerve to order this yet; it does sound like a candidate for Deep End Dining.

You can get them frozen at Hawaii Supermarket and make them yourself. Thaw in warm water, peel the nasty looking "skin", then slice into 3/4 inch slices. I panfried them in olive oil, garlic, and onions, splash in some dry white wine and top with fresh parsley.
