Dominick's Hot dogs on Woodhaven
Drove by the usual spot at around 4:30 PM yesterday, after months of neglect, but did not see the truck. Does anyone know whether it is still there? Was I just too late? If so what hours is it parked there?
Thanks.

Not sure of the exact hours but I know it's mainly lunchtime. 4:30 would have been too late and Sunday never. I'm guessing more like 11-3. Mmmm sure could go for a couple now with those onions and a cream soda!

Where exactly is the truck? And do they do Saturdays?

West side of Woodhaven Blvd, next to St. John's Cemetery (approx 67th Ave) in Rego Park, Queens. Make sure it says Dominick's on the truck.

Is this the same Dominick who has a Truck on Stone street in Manhattan that sells italian sausages?

what's great about these hotdogs..pass this blue truck all the time and wonder about it...is it clean? Kosher hot dogs by chance? What about the sausage truck several yards away, is that any good? It's always there , too..thanks.

They use a 6 to a pound dog simmered not boiled or grilled. The amazing part is that they've been there since 1959 and I stop whenever I can.
