Vegetarian food so flavorful you don't miss the meat

Mother Nature restaurant in Albany serves Chinese vegetarian food so flavorful that it has become the favorite restaurant for several of my non-vegetarian friends and me. I'm not a vegetarian, but the food here is so good (and reasonably priced at $8-10 per entree) that I don't even notice the lack of meat. The owners are Buddist vegetarians and the food is suitable for vegans. Mother Nature restaurant is at 843 San Pablo Avenue, Alabany (1/2 block north of Solano Ave)and the phone # is 510-528-5388. Reservations are usually not needed. They are open Tues. through Sunday. I've tried every item on the menu and they are all great.
