I'm trying to plan a small dinner (6-10 people) for my brother's 40th birthday. He's one of those people that eats out a lot and has been almost everywhere. I'm trying to find a unique, quirky, delicious place to go. Wine is also a big thing in is world so a great wine celler would be great too.
Years and years ago, I went to a small Italian restaurant in Claremont that was housed in what I remember as a warehouse. It was a set menu with only about 8-10 tables, with two seatings a night. Of course I can't remember the name but something like this would be perfect. I little out of the way...off the normal restaurant scene.
