It's been years since my last visit, and so would appreciate if you can update me on a few things I am looking forward to on upcoming trip.
1. Ceviche: while I can tolerate the updated and refined versions, I am looking for more classical/traditional and neighborly place on this trip.
2. Comida de la Selba: in particular chonta and juanes. Again, rather like to try more traditional place than the updated/fusiony place.
3. Japanese: recommendation on traditional as well as ingredient-driven fusion place would be appreciated.
Also, any markets that have cluster of food vendors/small restos that are outstanding?
