So I was experimenting with tahini ice cream and realized I put way too much tahini in it. After freezing, the texture just wasn't silky smooth like ice cream should be. Can I melt it down, make a batch of vanilla base, combine the two so it dilutes the tahini, and refreeze it? Is that even possible ? I would guess no, but if anyone can chime in and have had results doing such a thing do let me know. Or another way I can try to fix it? Thanks!
