Scallion pancake discovery?

It looks like it's been there forever but I don't remember reading about Li Chung(sp?) on Catherine St. near East Broadway. There's no menus and it looks like a wholesale only place but they sell very large, fresh scallion pancakes(more on the glutinous side though, maybe it's a different subgenre) for a $1.25.

It was really too rich for me and so freshly hot out of the pan that the quality was tough to judge.

Also it looks like they have those large fried dumpling looking things often called "chive boxes".

Has anyone else been?
