Sadly, I am on a low salt (really, NO salt) diet at the tender age of 35. My body just can't process sodium like you lucky folks. And even sadder is that I LOVE great food and great restaurants. Compound THAT by the fact that I get taken out to meals fairly often as a part of business.
For the past few years I have limited myself to grilled steak or fish without marinades or sauces. But it's getting boring and my cholesterol is suffering. Does anyone have any better suggestions? Many thanks!
