Recipe: "Picnic" stuffed peppers.

I made this once and was impressed enough to write it down. However at the moment I'm not sure it's good or horrid.

Summer Picnic stuffed peppers

Eight bell peppers
Stuffing

1 cup grated Sharp chedder cheese
One Ham steak
Eight high quality Hot dogs
Kideny beans
1 can Saurkraut
One Whole wheat baugette
Mustard sauce*
BBQ sauce**

Mustard sauce
1/2 cup American mustard
1 tablespoon honey (or brown sugar or Agave syrup)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup of water

BBQ sauce (can substitute high quality store bought BBQ sauce)
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 cup cider vingaer
1/ 4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup sweetener (brown sugar Agave syrup, Honey etc)
1 tsp liquid smoke
2 table spoons dried mustard
2 table spoons chili powder
2 table spoons curry powder

Equipment

One large bowl
One small bowl
One food processor
two Cutting boards
One knife
One bread knife
One sauce pan
One grater
One baking dish
One can opener
One toaster over

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
cut baguette into fourths toast in toaster oven until browned
while the the baguette toasts. Dice ham steak and hot dogs. Place hot dog/ham mixture in food processor and mince until a thick paste.
dump contents in large bowl. When baguette is one toasting rip into pieces and place in food processor and puree into bread crumbs, add to large bowl. Open can of sauerkraut and add to large bowl. Open can of kidney beans and dump into small sauce pan. Add BBQ sauce Or BBQ ingredients to the sauce pan, place on burner on high heat. While the beans are cooking grate the cheese and hollow out the peppers. When the beans boil in the BBQ sauce remove from heat and dump into the large bowl. Arrange peppers in baking dish Make mustard sauce in small bowl take Mustard, dried mustard vinegar, sweetener, salt, water and paprika and mix until well blended. Add to the large bowl. Stir the mixture until well blended. With a spoon stuff each pepper until full. sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place in oven and cook until done
