I visited a Costa Rican restaurant, Irazu, in Chicago last Sunday and had the best cabbage salad ever. I would like to know if anyone has a recipe for this salad, which, from what I saw and tasted seems like shredded cabbage srpinkled with lime juice and topped with cilantro. They threw some tomatoes, cucumbers and avocado on top. Surely it can't be that easy. I'd appreciate your feedback. Many thanks.
