I'm heading to NOLA next week (arrive early Tues - depart Sat afternoon) and want to try some new places. I've had Port O Call, Central Grocery, Emeril's Delmonico, Cafe Du Monde and that's about it. I have reservations at Antoine's for dinner one night. Otherwise I'm open.
We would love to throw down on some boiled seafood (crawfish, crabs, shrimp) and want to try fried chicken at either Dooky Chase's or Willie Mae's. I definitely want to try Mr. B's also. So that leaves me with 4 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 3 dinners. I don't want to go crazy on prices but don't mind spending some money if the meal is great. We're staying in the FQ but have a car so can go pretty much anywhere. I'm a very adventurous eater.
Since it's pretty close I'm not sure whether I'll be able to get into places where I'll need reservations but I can try. Oh, and I need drinking places too. Thanks for your help!!!
