Stumbled across this place in the far West Village (Charles & Greenwich St). Supposedly they've been open for 2 months but I hadn't heard a word about it. Cool little spot -it's sort of urban/rustic - sleek but the walls feature hemlock planks that give it a post & beam vibe (kind of).
I had an iced coffee that was very good (but for 3 bucks, it damn well better be good!), sort of reminded me of the iced coffee at Grey Dog. Haven't tried their house joe or espresso yet. Apparently they started serving salads and sandwiches just today.
Will report back as I try the place more.
