We got a beautiful jar of moghul curry powder for Christmas. I have always made my own curry mix, so don't really know how to use it. My husband has a yen for meatballs (Koftas) in curry sauce. Does anyone have a recipe or any ideas on how I might accomplish this dish? I am a very experienced cook, so all skill levels are welcome. I have good access to obscure indian ingredients as well as a huge collection spices already, so whatever you have, I'd love to hear!
