Moby Dick's House of Kabobs now has an outpost in Ashburn, in the new Ashbrook Commons plaza off Rt. 7 that also contains a Home Goods (TJ Maxx's housewears outlet, very good prices on things like Laguiole serving sets), AC Moore craft store, and a Harris Teeter.
True to Moby Dick form, the food was very good. The kefta was bursting with juices. Both the chicken and the lamb were tender and flavorful. The disappointment was the bread. It was tough and pretty bland. The grilled tomatoes were a pleasant surprise. They were grilled just enough to be hot on the outside, and not so much that they'd turned into mush.
For those of you despairing of dining options in Ashburn, it is probably good news indeed.
