I ate here today for the first time--had the Mabo Men for lunch. WHOA--the MSG/salt content must be amazing for I haven't stopped drinking water since then. It was very tasy and I enjoyed it, but not the aftereffects. My friend had the Tan Tan Men (spelling?) and he had to ask for some water to dilute the saltiness of his ramen. Has anyone had a similar experience here? I rarely have this problem when I have Chinese noodle soups, but I find this to be a common problem among many of the Japanese noodle shops in the city.
