Stefan made a simple dessert that got raves from everyone--Mango Lollipops. I found the recipe on Bravo's website...but I'm missing something.
I partially froze the mangoes, but they were still rather soft and juicy to coat well with the chocolate. I put them on a plate covered with wax paper and put them in the fridge.. but they stuck to the paper.
The taste is amazing. The combination of the juicy mango and the mint chocolate is terrific...but could someone help me figure out how to make this so that the chocoate adhere's to the fruit? Thank you so much!
