Lithuanian borsht at Teresa's

This has been a special lately (bowls only, no cups). I had a bowl on Monday, and boy was it good! It's unlike other kinds of borsht in that it's made with buttermilk. (Other ingredients include beets, of course, hardboiled egg, and dill.) If you're in the neighborhood, get some. Today, I had a cup of the regular cold red borsht with my lunch special (chicken stew with kasha). I love those cold soups when it's hot outside.
