Read with interest all of the talk of replicating Jacques Torres hot chocolate (in the posts about Tuller)
I'm completely addicted to the MarieBelle mix and can't afford the $22. Have had good luck combining cocoa, sugar, a bit of fine-ground espresso, Guittard chocolate chips ground in the food processor (VERY affordable at Sahadi's, can I even say how much do I love it, and how scared I am that it won't survive or stay cheap with all of the condos going up around it?) and a few pinches of corn starch, cinnamon and ginger. But it's not the real thing. Anyone have a scoop on their recipe?
Anyone want to reassure me about the future of Sahadi's?
