I don't know whether these are new to DiFara, or
whether he has always served them and I was just
unaware. Earlier this week I went in with the
intention to have an artichoke slice, and Dom
mentioned that he had sun-dried roasted peppers.
I tried a slice and it was really great.

That same day he asked if I like mushrooms, and
he explained that he also has porcini mushrooms
on hand. Later in the week I tried a slice
with these - best mushroom slice ever.
