Does Grand Sichuan's crispy eel in garlic sauce travel well

Because I live in a part of the city where Grand Sichuan does not deliver, I get their food delivered to me at work and then take the subway home. I eat it almost 2 hours after I get it delivered. My question is about the crispy eel in garlic sauce, which I have never ordered. Is it a dish that needs to be eaten immediately, is it deep fried, or can it be eaten 2 hours after preparing and warmed up in the microwave?
