To All Food Critics and/or Historians,
I am writing an article and am doing some fact checking...
Could anyone give me any info on the "Frozen Hot Chocolate" created at the famous Serendipity 3 restaurant?
Specifically, was this drink the inspiration for what we now call "smoothies?" Did Starbucks get their ideas for their "Frappucino" drinks from this frozen dessert?
If any one can tell me anything along these lines, I would appreciate it.
