A fine weiner

The Happy Hound contendly sits in on its own patch of green grass, set back so slightly from the unceasing traffic humming along Los Gatos Blvd. This place, brown and undistinguished from the outside, is the crowning jewel of fast food along this fast road. In a word, magnificent dogs and burgers served only so many ways accompanyed by perfect thin cut fries with only a little skin showing. My dog was the Happy Hound. Long and thin it was just about well done, chewy and unyielding to my lunging bites. It was topped with freshly cut tomato and red onion and coated with a spicy mustard. The cheesy version of the thing has a ton of finely shredded and non-melted chedder on top of all the veggies. There is enough cheese on one to supply two dogs so order one with and one without.
Fabulous non chainy spot.
