Chef Chad Greer, formerly the owner and chef of Beso in New Paltz, has resurfaced! He is now cooking at the Falcon.
The Falcon, many of you locals may know, is a jazz/blues room that attracts musicians from NYC, Woodstock and everywhere in between. I can't begin to explain how great the place is. And now the kitchen uses local beef, pasta and veggies. So you can come early to eat well or eat while you are watching the show.
Just remember that this is a a performance room which means that the tables are small, close together and the menu, while offering appetizers, entrees and deserts, is limited in choices. But what choices............ It's not a good idea to just come for the food.
