And now for something completely low-brow...
Atlas Cafe has THE best egg and cheese bagel sandwich. What makes it so special? They steam the eggs w/ the espresso machine. They come out light and fluffy instead all rubbery like nuked ones. They use real cheese, not Kraft singles, and they toast the bagel w/ the cheese on it so it gets all nice and melted. Plus they use more eggs than other places. Additional bonus: they'll do it on a croissant, too!
Now if they were only next door to Ritual Coffee Roasters, I would be in breakfast heaven.
