I'm losing too much weight -- I was 103 when I started two weeks ago, 99 today. I'm only 5 ft and small framed, but that is too thin and I don't want the drop to continue.
I'm averaging about 105 mg/dl an hour after eating. Waking is anywhere from 92 to 110.
So my thought is to start eating more nuts, meat and cheese and see what happens. But if anyone has a good suggestion, I'd be happy to hear it.
