Dr Hogly Wogly's Tyler Texas BBQ

I found myself in the neighborhood and decided to have dinner here. I had not been in years because the last few times I ate here I was unhappy-about what I don't recall but it was a negative memory nevertheless. Anyway tonight it was delicious. I had the 2 meat combo that being spare ribs and beef ribs. Sides were potato salad and coleslaw. The order went in and instantly came the bread loaf and my sides. In another seven minutes the food was served. The ribs were were tender, almost falling off the bone and very very tasty. They were so flavorful that I found myself wondering why I didn't want bbq sauce-
I always want sauce. In any case I decided to try a bit of regular sauce and still decided I still didn't need it or want it. The only negative thing is that there was a bit too much heavy char, the kind that stays with you and can ruin the flavor on a small part of a few ribs. Dessert was sweet potato pie which was a bit too sweet for me but still something different that I enjoyed.
