Dobbin House -- Gettysburg

It's always hard to reply honestly to wait staff when they ask "how was it?". At the Dobbin House I said fine but what I really wanted to say was "overpriced and not that good"

1. The Dobbin House serves glorified WONDER BREAD with meals.

2. The vegetarian entree was an embarrassment. The Dobbin House does not specialize in veg food -- I understand that -- but they should come up with 1 item for our vegetarian friends that is not a sad little plate of spaghetti. Put it on the menu!

3. Everything else: completely unremarkable but edible. Overcooked fish. Tough meat. Apple pie that tasted like it came from the supermarket. This would be fine except that the entrees are around $20!!!

On the positive side, our waitress was nice. Unless something changes, I cannot recommend the Dobbin House to anyone.
