Okay, after getting some very clear advice about dim sum in Tampa, I had two more questions about meals during the coming trip. Where's a really good place in Tampa for Cuban food, and where's a really good place in Tarpon Springs for Greek food. I guess this is sort of like shooting fish in a barrel, but I figured I'd ask.
In both cases, I'm not looking for particularly fancy or expensive food: a lunch counter with great food would be just what we're looking for.
My family used to go to a Cuban place south of the stadium [on Columbus?]. I think it's name began with "C." It had a dining room, a lunch counter, and a take-out window for sandwiches. I think I could find it again, but was wondering if anyone had other advice. I'm also planning a side trip to Tarpon Springs for Greek food.
Bonus question: is there a good place for Cuban-Chinese food in Tampa? What would some recommended dishes be?
