Concord grape seeds

kary | Sep 25, 2007 12:29 PM

The time is now for the concord grapes. But I am wondering about the seeds. I've deseeded them by hand before and it's really tedious. Have also tried putting them in the food mill, and they just crunch up with the bits going through the mill. Does heating the grape pulp soften the seeds and eliminate that problem? And is there any other way to do it? Thanks.
