Was thinking about the topic of Canadian food, and a couple of things game to mind because of my Mennonite heritage.
Two foods that I've only been able to find around the Kitchener area are Summer Sausage & Pork Sausage (comes in one long link and it's smoked).
They're originally from Germany but the pioneers made these meats differently here.
Anyone know where I can get a decent Summer Sausage in Toronto?
