Austin Short Visit with small children - Restaurant Recs for a foodie family

Hi - We are visiting Austin next weekend for the first time in a while (or at least not focused on football). This time we will have 3 adults and a 1 year old and a 3 year old. While we will likely have a sitter for Saturday night (thinking Uchi), we are looking for good places to eat that will satisfy everyone. Our kids are used to eatting out and are pretty good...but that said, they are of course still very young.

I'd like to avoid Central Market - only because we frequent one in Dallas. We will be staying by Town Lake and will have a car - but since its a short trip we'd prefer to not venture to far afield.

I was thinking Freddie's might be an option for Friday night - doesn't sound too exciting foodwise, but I like the idea of live music that is still kids friendly.

- I do want to hit some food trucks (recommendations?) and at least something on the East Side, as I am less familiar with this area.

- Does Lamberts have high chairs for an early Saturday lunch? We took a baby there once for a great lunch, but I think the baby was very small then. (and its close to the Children's Museum)

- Usually when we are intown for football, we do a lot of Threadgills, Hula Hut, Magnolia Cafe, Kerby Lane, and Shady Grove --> but I am looking for some new suggestions. We will be going to Deep Eddy and Barton Springs.

Thanks!
