Annapolis - Cantler's last night - too much "mustard"

got some big crabs last night at Cantler's, they were well-cooked as usual but VERY "mustard-y", is that the way bay crabs are this time of year? I don't remember so much "mustard" ever before...I still enjoyed them but when compared to the batch I ate in July, I was a little disappointed

and when did they start offering garlic butter for dipping? no reason for that IMO, these ain't snails we're talkin about....
