I got two rib eye steaks on sale the other day. I'm cooking for two people.
For the first steak, I did a Japanese Beef Teriyaki dish with sauteed Gai Lan served on rice. I sliced the rib eye thinly, made my own teriyaki sauce and sauteed the Gai Lan with onions and garlic. It was a simple meal but very good.
I'm looking for inspiration for the second steak. Needs to feed two and most likely will have rice as a side. Any suggestions?
