need help for 2 dinners next weekend for LA hounds

After being in Phila last week for several days (see report), I am coming back this coming wkend for another wedding. This time, I will just be there for 2 dinners (b/c it's a Sun wedding). I'm struggling with the choices:

Friday, my SO and I arrive pretty late so we need somewhere we can eat at 10 PM. My SO is a big fan of BYOBs. I have taken him to Radicchio, Melograno and Django in the past. He loved Django and Melograno, thought Radicchio was pretty good. Melograno appears to close at 10, so that's out. We are thinking close to Center City would be best b/c that is where we are staying and our flight does not arrive until 9 PM. Food is the most important, and we want a BYO or other charming, small place over a Starr type environment. Open to all types of food.

Saturday night - we are going out with 3 friends, one of whom is a chef. Rather than do something like LaCroix or other high end dinner, I am thinking somewhere lively, perhaps with simple, good food rather than overly adventurous cuisine. Thoughts? BYOs are my favorite, but anything goes. Only restriction is we have to be able to get a reservation on Sat night for 5 w/ only a week's notice.

Thanks in advance.
