Zach's Hallal
In front of the Helmsley Building (140 Broadway) in the Financial District is Zach's Hallal - not sure if it's a new cart or not but today was the first time I found it. Man is it good - it's more like "THE CART" then Kwik Meal or XPL with bigger pieces of chicken and lamb, stickier rice and fresh grilled onions (no pita though). By far the best Hallal cart food I've had in the Financial District in my 6 years of working down here.

I second that! I heard about him through word of mouth and keep telling my friend at work to walk two more blocks and stop getting the XPL. That guy is clean, very friendly, funny, and makes some delicious food! I think I'm gonna go over right now.... yum
