Seeking Good (Beer) Bottle Lists

The Bay Area is definitely blessed with some great beer places with fantastic tap selections (Toronado and Barclay's come to mind). But I am looking for bars/restaurants with good bottle lists -- here's what I can think of:

City Beer Store (simply the best selection, but with only a cheese plate--although a fantastic one at that--not the ideal place for a meal)
Luka's (good for the belgian beers, but would like to see more US selections)
A Cote (ditto)

Where else has a stellar bottle list? Ideally I would like to find a Bay Area counterpart to the Linkery in San Diego (thelinkery.com/ -- well-sourced and sustainably raised food, with fantastic bottles) or the Map Room in Chicago (maproom.com -- great tap and bottle list in one). I just feel like I am missing a fantastic spot somewhere....

  1. How about The Alembic on Haight Street? http://www.alembicbar.com/mainindex.html

    1. Quinn's Lighthouse in Oakland. They have something on the order of 100 bottled beers. Food is only so-so (like a lot of places it can be pretty good if you stick to the basics).

Here's a link to their beer list: http://www.quinnslighthouse.com/beerl...

I forgot that Quinn's has a list. It's not the best, but you can get Arrogant Bastard, which is always a good find and nice to enjoy on their back deck.

      2. Bar Crudo up on Stockton Tunnel has a surprisingly extensive list of lovely beers to pair with their mostly raw fish menu.

        1. Surprisingly, Millennium, the vegetarian restaurant at the Hotel California in SF, has a nice beer list. Once in awhile they'll have some more rare Russian River beers like Supplication or Perdition. If you're looking for a restaurant with beer....

Otherwise, Toronado is great and one of my favorites, Kennedy's Irish Pub and Curry House near the Warf has an awesome beer selection.
