According to reviews on yelp, it has already opened... Japanese parent company, but looks like Chinese waitstaff. Supposedly virtually identical to the one in Southern California.

this place was originally a Japanese ramen shop, but it's since been franchised across asia (and now north america) by chinese people. i... wouldn't get my hopes up, esp if it's anything like the one down here in SoCal...
