There isn’t exact ingredient for riceball. So If you like to, you can use any leftover.
When I lived with my sister and brother, one day they took the riceball with which I made to their school. Next day, they asked me to make it again because their friends loved that so much. So I used to make riceball often with different ingredients.Depends on what you add, it can have a variety of taste.

Instructions

  1. 1Chop the veggies and ham finely. The more finely you chop them, the easier it will be to roll into a ball.
  2. 2Heat a fry pan over medium heat and add oil.
  3. 3Add the onion, carrot and ham until the onion turns clear
  4. 4Next, add the capsicums and cooked rice, with salt and sesame seeds to taste.
  5. 5Fry the mixture for a further 2 minutes then let it cool for 3 minutes.
  6. 6To make the rice balls take one handful of the rice mixture and squeeze it into a golf ball sized ball. If the rice ball falls apart, you may need to squeeze harder or add a small amount of water to the mixture.
