Knockout Punch

Ingredients (5)

  • 2 1/2 cups Rhubarb Syrup (see Game Plan note)
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 1 1/2 cups dark rum, such as Myers’s
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice (from about 7 medium lemons)
  • Ice


Slightly sweet, nicely fruity, and high in alcohol.

Game plan: You’ll need to make the Rhubarb Syrup before you begin.

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir until mixture is well blended and chilled, about 40 times. Pour over fresh ice into a punch bowl and serve.
