This classic 1980s fern-bar cocktail is simple and fruity: a little peach schnapps, some fresh-squeezed orange juice, and you’re done. Try it for brunch, as an alternative to the ubiquitous Mimosa.
- 2 ounces peach schnapps
- 6 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
- Orange slice
- 1Add a handful of ice to a highball glass. Pour in the peach schnapps, followed by the orange juice. Stir, and garnish with the orange slice.
