Ingredients (3)

  • 2 cups (1 pint) fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of liqueur


A fresh tasting sauce that can be used in desserts, such as cakes, custards, puddings, ice cream, and sorbets.


  1. 1Put raspberries, sugar and liqueur in a 4-cup measure. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave with 650 watts until soft, stirring once, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir lightly, leaving chunks of fruit in the sauce.
