  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 c. butter (softened)
  • 1T. erythritol
  • 1/4 t. stevia powdered extract
  • 1 t. vanilla

Summary

This recipe would go great on cupcakes or even my Carrot Cake Muffins.

Instructions

  1. 1Cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  2. 2Mix in the vanilla, erythritol and stevia.
  3. 3Spread on carrot cake muffins or cupcakes or frost a cake! Store extra in the refrigerator.
