10 Minute Caesar Salad

Ingredients (11)

  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce washed and cut anyway you like
  • a couple fried or poached eggs depending on how many plates your making
  • a couple strips of bacon chopped and pan fried until crispy
  • a bunch of parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups of mayo
  • 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • 5 anchovy fillets minced
  • half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • freshly cracked black pepper


I used to mess around with making scratch caesar dressing all the time but then I found a super quick version that really tastes good. If anyone is interested in making it the old fashion way post on this recipe and I’ll be glad to hook you up.


  1. 1fry your bacon and let it cool off on a paper towel
  2. 2cook your eggs in the bacon fat :D
  3. 3chop your lettuce up
  4. 4throw the mayo, dijon, anchovies, lemon, olive oil parmesan, garlic and pepper in a blender and taste it.
  5. 5adjust the seasonings to your pallet
  6. 6put your dressing in the bottom of a big bowl and toss the salad
  7. 7sprinkle with bacon and extra cheese
  8. 8drizzle a little more olive oil
  9. 9top with egg and a little cracked black pepper

    EAT IT!

  11. 11Feel free to mess around with the dressing to find something that you really like. In the past I’ve added basil, chives and tarragon. This is really just a starting point for you to get creative.
