The Ziskova - A Particular Czech Delicacy

When I used to live in Prague (many many moons ago) there was a restaurant in the area of town known as Ziskov that made a regional dish called the Ziskova. It was pork stuffed with pickles, potatoes, ham, pork fat, and other things desingned to make you both squirm and salivate. Has anyone heard of this dish or know of a place that serves it in the Tri-State area?
